This year the Red Bull Air Race came to Porto, and it was a big success. I really enjoyed watching the formations, although the race was fun as well.

Santiago de Compostela is a famous international pilgrimage destination of the Way of St James, but we just came to admire the beautiful buildings and enjoyed the busy town centre.

The Galician sea comes in two flavours, calm or wild. Almost any part of the sea that is not sheltered by land is very windy with lots of waves. But there are many 'Rias', which are areas of the sea totally sheltered by land. These areas are completely calm, with no waves at all, as you can see.

The last set of photos was taken during autumn in Bavaria, Germany. The colours were spectacular and it was already getting quite cold.
